After years working in Michelin starred restaurants, chef Ian Ussher and his wife Elaine hatched a plan to start their own food truck in the depths of covid. They wasted no time and lauched in Oct 2020 in a bright yellow foodtruck at the Walkinstown Roundabout.

Word quickly spread about Cluck's delectable offering, and before long there are queues for their wings, tenders and hun buns of all varieties!

Demand grows and before long Cluck transitioned from the famous yellow foodtruck into an (even more yellow) 20ft shipping container, and The Cluck Yard was born.

Time passes and Cluck just can't stop serving up food that hits the spot every cluckin' time. Collecting awards, rave reviews and high profile mentions as they go, Cluck soon become known for the best chicken in Dublin.

After 3 years of serving up their cluckin' great chicken to the people of Walkinstown, Cluck finally opened their very first brick and mortar location in The Square in Tallaght.
